UNDERSTANDING THE WAY YOU MOVE AND MAKING THE MOST OF IT

FLEXIBILITY

FLEXIBILITY IS KEY
When was the last time you to took focused time to work on flexibility?  This is the foundation of a better swing.  The better you move the easier it is to swing. We will begin with working on your range of motion at major joints in order to make you move better and more efficiently.

STABILITY

Like Firing a Cannon from a Canoe

Because of the dynamic range of motion of the golf swing you have to be stable and able to transfer your weight from one leg to the other.  If your not stable you can't possibly make an efficient swing and get the club face back to square  to the ball.  Learn proper balance and stability to increase core strength and movement efficiency to produce your best swing ever!

STRENGTH

Don't think in Traditional Terms of Strength

When you think of strength in the golf swing, it's not just about the largest muscles in the body.  It's about the small muscles that provide more stability to joints that help the larger muscles do what they are supposed to do. So if my muscles that stabilize my spine can't do what they are supposed to and my posture when addressing the ball is poor then we have a problem with fat or thin shots, lack of power and distance control.

POWER

With power you work on generating club head speed.  The more club head speed you have the further you hit the ball.  It's that simple.  Also with club head speed comes more confidence to hit the shot that you want to hit.  After all 90% of this game is fought between your ears and being able to swing with power and confidence will make a world of difference.  Power Training takes place in all the planes of motion that body goes through during your swing.  Whether it's chops, slams, tosses or throws you do you'll want to make these movements fast and efficient.  After all "Train slow, Be Slow"!
